The Inclusion Expansion Courses is the newly adapted offering of inclusion services by Inclusion on the slopes (IOTS). Dr. Davis has been contemplating the next wave of IOTS offers. She concluded the need to expand the consulting offering that she had delivered to Snowsports Industry America and Outdoor Industry Association to others. The intention is to display the value of connection by expanding this offering to anyone! Yes, you heard that correctly; this offering is for anyone interested in furthering their inclusion journey.

Therefore, she has drafted courses with various perspectives in mind. Dr. Davis concentrates on individuals (Instruction - 5 wks. ), leaders (Connection - 10 wks.), and executives (Expansion - 24 weeks) who want to further their inclusion journey by partaking in Dr. Davis’s inclusive behavioral change model, the SWORD Inclusion system.

The Inclusion Expansion Cohorts is an even more extensive version of the courses with a 12-week time frame. For those who enjoy collaborating with others and learning collectively. The cohorts are very similar to the consulting offering delivered to Snowsports Industry America and Outdoor Industry Association, but with more of a focus on displaying how various individuals from various walks of life can become inclusive authentically collectively. Once again, this offer is open to anyone who would like to further their inclusion journey by partaking in Dr. Davis’s inclusive behavioral change model, the SWORD Inclusion system.

Dr. Davis will launch a series of 6 cohorts with 10 participants each beginning in January 2022. Pre-registration is occurring with a price point of $1999 per participant.

Dr. Davis has an offering equivalent to the consulting conducted with Snowsports Industry America and the Outdoor Industry Association. This consulting offering centers on embedding an inclusion system in an organizational setting.
Dr. Davis works with leaders, staff, or board members through a weekly 1hr. 24-week cohort-based experiential learning program known as the SWORD Inclusion system. The purpose is to assist organizations in creating an inclusion system that expands to more diversity and equity. Dr. Davis reiterates that DEI is the problem, yet, the solution is inclusion.
